Hi Strap lovers. Here are some photos of the latest completed custom strap fro Rolex. It’s a 1967 Swiss Ammo strap with bright Lime stitching and our exclusive ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ (TCLS) upgrade to give the strap an integrated fit to the curved Rolex watch case between the lugs. This strap is actually destined for my good customer Dennis’s 40mm Explorer II (believe his maybe a polar explorer), but I wanted to demonstrate the intended fit, so I’m modeling it here on a newer no date Sub. I know the fit will be just as great on Dennis’s Explorer, as the inner lug/spring bar geometry is essentially the same.
