Completed for and available for immediate purchase: This Racing Black Alligator strap is designed to be paired with the dial Tudor Black Bay Chronograph.  Made from our Veneto Collection, this very high-quality Alligator was developed by our Italy-based tannery partner specifically for application in watch straps, which means that it meets all the highly demanding durability and performance standards oft he Swiss Watch industry.

 

What makes this strap truyl unique ist hat it was made with our ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ to provide a perfectly integrated fit between the lugs. As many Tudor Black Bay owners will attest, these watches (not just the Chronographs) feature a fairly tall watch case and long lugs, which give these watches an elegant proportion even given their size, but as a result a standard straight-end strap looks rather awkward.  This issue is, as you can see, well-resolved with our Padding at the lugs and Thick Curved Lug System (TCLS) giving it the right amount of bulk for these larger watches.

This strap is lined with our  extremely soft Clone pattern  Kangaroo gloving leather, providing excellent comfort and durability on the wrist.  As with all our straps, this band has been hand saddle stitched, here in White French milled linen thread.

This beauty is made to 22mm lug width and tapers to an 18mm Tudor Style (unbranded) deployant clasp.  Of course, if you already have your own Tudor clasp, let me know and I will be happy to remove this unbranded, aftermarket version.
