If the MOT Group is fully funded, we will just produce the ordered strap, so these will be made to order for you.

So how does it work?
We design a boutique-quality handmade prototype watch strap.
We create a campaign for this strap, you back it. Once the number of items backed reaches the campaign goal, the item is successfully funded and we start production.
When do I pay?
The payment for the MTO groups is made once the order is placed. If the group doesn’t reach the goal, that will mean it doesn’t go into production and we will immediately process your refund.
Can I change my size / address?
You can change your size until we start production, and your address until the order ships. Just click edit on your order page to change this information.
When will my items be shipped?
The expected shipping date is listed on each item’s product page.
Can an item be funded more than 100%?
No, we stop taking orders for an item when the goal number is hit.
Can I exchange or return an item after I receive it?
These articles are offered for a limited time only, and are Made To Order based on the single orders received, so there is no inventory built up of this specific style. This helps us keeping our offer competitive and as wide as possible.
Because of that, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for Made To Order pairs. Thanks for your understanding.
What is special about our MOT groups?
We like to consider our MOT Groups very dynamic capsule collections; since it allows us to offer you newstrap styles made with different materials and stitching/lining combinations and to offer very limited exclusive materials, that are not usually available in our standard Manufacture Collection.
All of that, without having to pay any up charge for it, at the same or even lower price than our Manufacture Collections.
Do you offer a fully custom option?
Yes, but not in our MOT groups. In order to achieve a the best deal from our manufacture partner, we must keep the options limited to strap length and stitch color.
