Hi strap lovers, here is the a prototype meant to fit a vintage Rolex Sub or other smaller watch from our ‘SuperExotica‘ line of straps using Dangerous9straps exclusive antiqued American Alligator technique. The vintaged alligator, we think will match well with vintage Rolexs. Back story: My wife is working on a movie project (she’s a film editor) with noted Germany film director Niki Muellerschoen, with whom I share a love of watches. His passion seems to be primarily in the area of vintage Rolex Subs, which are a little rich for my wallet, but he’s asked my to build some straps for him, which are in the works. He’s also arranging a meeting with the owner of a Munich vintage watch shop. So, I thought I should build a handful of straps that are proportioned appropriately for these smaller dimensioned watches, while still exhibiting all the character of a Dangerous9straps.
