Grand Seiko Snowflake on Blue Teju Lizard:
Hi strap lovers, I am happy to share some wonderful photos recently provided by my good customer Brian of his awesome Grand Seiko “Snowflake” SBGA011. This watch is a real beauty with it’s famous White textured Dial reminiscent of fresh falling snow, which really must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Brian chose our blue SuperMatte Teju Lizard with padding at the lugs and our ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ (TCLS), which provides an integrated fit between the lugs. I think this is a great choice for watches that have a curved case between the lugs and would otherwise have a large gap between a strap end strap and the curved watch case. I also thin the SuperMatte Teju matches well with the blued steel hands and of course, the cream white French linen thread ties the strap together with its beautiful white dial. This strap has been lining with richly colored Mustang Saddle Kidskin, which I think looks really great here. Overall, I don’t think one could design a more fitting combination for this watch.
A Word About Ordering Straps with our ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ upgrade:
Of course many of the more common brands such as many models from Panerai, Rolex, and Omega which the TCLS is often ordered for, I have this necessary information. However, if yours is a less common model watch and I won’t have the benefit of having your watch in hand (this is most often the case) I should still be able to build your strap with our custom ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ and achieve a very nice integrated fit if provided detailed measurements outlined below. These are best taken if possible with a digital Caliper (this is the most accurate method):
A = Distance between the center of the spring bar to where the bracelet meets the watch case between the lugs
B = Distance between the spring bar lug hole and the top corner where the lug joins the watch case.
C = The diameter of the watch case between the lugs.

Just took delivery of my strap, which looks awesome with my GS Snowflake. The blue colour, fine leather, white stitching, chrome deployment buckle and obvious unique quality make the watch and strap combination sublime.
