3 Straps with Fully Integrated Fit (FIF) – Here are photos of 3 great straps that my good customer Oliver provided me a while back and I just found on my computer.  The Rolex Deepsea strap I have previously shared, but I can’t recall if I have posted about the other two, so I thought this would be a great time to share all 3 in a single blog post.

All of these straps feature our exclusive ‘Fully Integrated Fit’ (FIF).  This upgrade includes our ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ (TCLS) for an integrated fit between the lug, together with notching to bring the width of the strap out to the full width of the lugs, after which these straps taper back to the buckle/clasp of choice.

Rolex Deepsea Cameron D-Blue Edition:

3 Straps with Fully Integrated Fit (FIF): Rolex Deepsea Cameron D-Blue Edition – We have famously featured this watch/strap combination previously and it has become one of our most requested designs for the Rolex Deepsea D-Blue Cameron edition.

I stock undyed Alligator skins in our Veneto Collection, which I hand dye in order to achieve the color you see above.  I build these straps from our undyed Alligator and then hand-dyed and stain the hide in a multi-stage process to provide the Antiqued finish.  This is technique is very much like the Antique finish Alligator straps made by Santoni for IWC.  Follow this link to my blog pages discussing and showing a selection of Alligator straps with Hand Antiqued finish.  Our Veneto Collection is made up of Alligator hides tanned in Northern Italy to the highest standard by some of the finest exotic leather tanners in the world, supplying fine Alligator leathers to the fines luxury design houses throughout the industry.   Have a look at this slideshow of our Veneto Collection American Alligator.  Here is a slideshow of recently completed custom Veneto Collection Alligator straps for your review.

Additional Variations:

I recently added a new color green thread, that darker than the Lime stitching used in the strap above.  The new green I am calling ‘Deepsea Green‘.  You can see its use on the below Blue to Black Hand Antiqued Alligator strap, with matching green edge paint and darker green Kangaroo lining.  Please see the more recently completed strap below:

Additionally, while I am currently sold out of our Lime Pop kidskin leather for the lining, I have recently acquired a nappa finished Kangaroo in ‘Deepsea Green’ which is a great match for the above thread:

As a replacement for my out-of-stock Lime-pop Kidskin, I have also just acquired a Nappa finish lime Kangaroo, which will be a very similar color to the Lime-Pop kidskin:

Emergency Orange SuperMatte Teju Lizard for Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph:

3 Straps with Fully Integrated Fit (FIF) – Emergency Orange SuperMatte Teju Lizard for Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph: This strap was made from our bright Emergency Orange SuperMatte Teju Lizard.  Featuring padding at the lugs and of course, our Fully Integrated Fit’ (FIF), this strap was stitched with our thicker White French-milled Linen.  As I recall our No.432 Gauge linen thread, is noticeably thicker than the standard No. 632 Gauge thread I typically use for your exotic leather straps.  This strap was lined with our Deep Black Luxury Alcantara suede fabric from Italy (this makes for a beautifully soft and durable lining). Finished off with our ‘D9’ logo, inner-fold deployant clasp

3 Straps with Fully Integrated Fit (FIF): SuperMatte Carbon Black Ostrich Leg for Panerai Submersible PAM961 – This strap features our ‘Fully Integrated Fit’ (FIF) as well as Double Row Stitching in Olive Drab waxed Irish thread as well as our ‘SuperExotica’ lining upgrade – here with custom-dyed Olive drab round scale Alligator lining and finished off with our Flat, sewn-in buckle which has been given a custom brushed vintaged finish that I think pairs wonderfully with Olivier’s Forged Carbon watch case Panerai PAM961
