New Arrival: Straps for Grand Seiko Snowflake – We’ve just received a new batch of 10 straps with integrated fitment for Grand Seiko. Now available for immediate purchase in our Webshop, these straps were designed based on our most popular Baltic Blue straps for the Snowflake SBGA211, but will fit a number of Grand Seiko watches that share the same case design including the following models: SBGA001, SBGA003, SBGA011, SBGA059, SBGA201, SBGA203, SBGA211, SBGA259, SBGE205, SBGE211, SBGE249, SBGA469, SBGA401, and SBGA497 and Grand Seiko will probably be adding many other references which used the same watch case design.
Thes straps is made with a brass inserts and so will provide a tight and exact fit just like a curved bracelet end link.
These straps have undergone some slight specification changes from our first iteration strap pictured above including adding 5mm to the length of each strap section so that we can fit a wider range of wrist sizes and the addition of a bit thicker padding which is in keeping with our house style.
Length and fitment:
The length is now 110/105 and will fit wrists measuring about 16.3cm to 19,3cm (about 6.4 to 7.6 inches). Additionally if you wrist is slightly larger that 19.3cm, I have the ability to add an additional hole bringing the fitment possibility out to approximately 19.8cm or 7.8 inches.
Another unique feature of this strap (and a first for us) is that this strap features beautifully wrapped edges, giving this strap a doubly elegant fitment for your Grand Seiko.
All our straps are hand saddle stitched using French-milled linen thread (here in white) and has been lined with our Mustang saddle Kidskin.
Finished off with our Elegant ‘D9’ logo (non-logo clasps are available upon request), inner fold, deployant clasp with your choice of brushed or polished finish, this strap is a perfect fit for your Grand Seiko!
Possibility to customize!:
We have also worked out with our Italy-based manufacture partner the ability to custom build these straps from a myriad of other outer materials and colors, including stitching color and lining materials so if you have an idea for an entirely custom strap. The best part is that once your design has been finalized, we can send them your chosen materials and should have your strap ready to ship within 4 to 6 weeks!
