Ostrich Leg Strap for Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Act 1 – I am happy to share these great photos provided by my good customer Holger of his fantastic Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 70th Anniversary Edition Act 1. This watch is interesting because not only is this a very rare edition, but it’s also slightly smaller at 42.3mm in diameter with a highly unusual 21.5mm lug width.
The Strap:
Made from our SuperMatte Carbon Black Ostrich Leg, this strap features padding at the lugs and our exclusive ‘Thick Curved Lug System’ (TCLS), which provides an integrated fit between the lugs. This strap was lined with our super-soft and durable ‘Clone patterned Kangaroo Gloving leather and hand saddle stitched with Black French-milled linen with the addition of accent stitching at the lugs with custom-dyed ‘Lume’ green linen thread.
