Lizard Strap for Girard-Perregaux Vintage 1945 Chronograph – The Benefits of bespoke: For Helly’s amazing Rose Gold Girard-Perregaux Vintage 1945 Chronograph 2584 – Vintage Dakar Teju Lizard strap with our ‘Thick Straight Lug System’ (TSLS) integrated fit. This strap also features superfine hand saddle stitching with our Ecru French-milled linen thread and is lined with our ‘Clone’ patterned black Kangaroo Gloving leather. I was using just the original strap with manufactured insert as a model and have instead used all leather internals for this strap. I think that the fit has turned out perfect and that the Vintage Dakar Teju really gives the watch a much more casual feel. Thanks to Helly for the opportunity to build a strap for this beautiful Rose gold, Art-Deco brick of a watch:-)
