Hi Strap lovers, we’ve got a lot shaking here at Dangerous9straps these days including an entirely new line of bespoke leathers from Tuscany. However, at the moment I would like to share some new, very cool exotic skins that have recently arrived at D9 headquarters for you bespoke strap enjoyment
Sea Snake: Here are a couple of new Sea Snake colors that I am really excited about working with. These skins are very thin, soft and super flexible and so will work at really great and colorful strap linings as well and will be a great addition to our other in-stock Sea Snake colors:

Shark Skin in True Blue. This is a really great blue color that is not a navy and not a Royal blue, but somewhere in between. We’re calling it True Blue, but it’s really ‘Ford Blue’. Of course it can also be darkened to Navy as well and will be a great addition to our other Shark skin colors. We’ve also got undyed Shark skin and so can custom dyed to just about any color you can come up with
Silurus Leather: This is a giant fresh water Catfish that inhabits many rivers in Europe and is know as the largest freshwater fish in Europe. largest
accurate weight of recreationally angled local Silurus was 144 kg (317
lbs) for a 2,78 mt (9 ft)–long specimen from precisely the Po River
Delta. Folk lore has it that these fish can each children, but I think that may just be a way for parents to threaten their children if they don’t eat their peas. My examples are very much smaller and soft the the touch and Perfect for watch straps. The 2 colors I have in current stock are Vintage Grey and Vintage Tan, These skins are interesting in that these fish like most catfish have no scales and will make a great addition to our other Fish leather offerings:

Salmon leather: The last addition I want to share is a beautifully sueded leather Salmon. This leather has and incredible 3D texture and is buttery soft and yet is very strong leather. Salmon leather is a bi-product of the food industry and very sustainable – Cool! A very unique leather for a very unique strap:
