I’m very happy to share these photos of my good customer Roland’s limited anniversary edition Wempe Glashütte I/SA Zeitmeister Annual Calendar on Armagnac Alligator watch strap. This watch is a very special annual calendar movement, one of only 100 issued with the most complicated movements Wempe has ever used in their watches.
Fitting then that this very special watch is paired with our Armagnac custom Alligator watch strap. This Handmade Alligator watch strap features thick padding at the lugs and super fine hand saddle stitching with Ecru French linen thread to match the off-white silver dial. Lined with Blue SuperMatte Teju lizard to match the blue of the moon phase subdial, this lining as well as looking great, offers extreme durability, due to the SuperMatte finish being essentially water/sweatproof. I think this strap is just about the perfect combination and I think Roland agrees.
